Parties and authority
These terms govern the use of Huragon Technologies' ISP management platform by the organization registering an account. The person registering confirms that they are authorized to bind that organization, provide accurate account information, and accept these terms and the incorporated Acceptable Use Policy. The Privacy Policy explains information handling separately; accepting these terms is not blanket consent to processing or marketing.
What Huragon provides
Huragon provides software for subscriber management, packages, billing records, supported payment integrations, router/network operations and related tools made available to your account. Availability depends on your subscription, permissions, configuration, device compatibility and supported integrations. Interface options alone are not a promise that a particular integration is operational.
Huragon does not supply your upstream connectivity or grant a telecommunications licence. Router availability, power, radio conditions, third-party networks and provider services can affect delivery. Do not treat dashboards, diagnostics or AI responses as a guarantee of uninterrupted connectivity, regulatory compliance or payment settlement.
ISP licensing and local responsibilities
You must obtain and maintain every licence, registration, authorization and permission applicable to your activities and operating territory. This can include telecommunications/service or infrastructure licences, spectrum and equipment approvals, upstream/resale permissions, business registration, tax obligations and data-protection registration or filings. Requirements depend on your country, service model, coverage and equipment.
You are responsible for lawful subscriber onboarding, your customer contract and privacy notices, permitted communications, accurate tariffs, consumer protection, complaint handling and legally required records. Country guides are informational starting points and do not replace regulator advice or establish that you qualify for a licence. Opening a Huragon account does not authorize an ISP to operate.
Accounts, staff and customer information
Keep organization details accurate, secure credentials and integration keys, assign appropriate staff permissions and remove access when no longer needed. You are responsible for the instructions and actions of authorized users of your workspace. Notify support promptly of suspected compromise.
You retain rights in information you submit. You authorize processing needed to provide, secure and support the service and enabled integrations, subject to applicable law and agreed instructions. You must have the authority and lawful basis to supply subscriber information. Do not upload unnecessary sensitive information or secrets into notes, campaigns or AI prompts. Protect any exported records and screenshots.
Subscription fees and service lifecycle
Review the current plan, currency, itemized charges and invoice in your workspace before paying. The platform supports tenant subscription records and trial/expiry behavior; specific charges and enabled functionality are those applicable to your account. Do not assume that a trial is a permanent free plan, that all taxes/provider fees are included, or that an invoice is paid merely because a payment request was initiated.
Platform subscription payments are separate from amounts your subscribers pay your ISP. An expired or unpaid platform account can affect access according to its account state. Contact support before expiry if you need billing assistance. Refund, cancellation and any separately agreed commercial arrangements must be confirmed with Huragon; these terms do not promise a universal refund period or invent automatic card/mobile-money debits.
Payment integrations and subscriber disputes
Use only approved merchant details and provider credentials that you are entitled to use. Enabled M-Pesa/Daraja collection depends on merchant approval, correct configuration and provider availability. A request, customer message or screenshot is not equivalent to a verified provider confirmation. Review pending, failed and unmatched transactions using supported workflows, and avoid recording the same receipt twice.
Payment providers apply their own terms, charges, verification, reversal and dispute procedures. You remain responsible for subscriber pricing, service delivery, refunds and disputes relating to your ISP service. Contact Huragon for software issues and the relevant provider for merchant/funds matters. Neither a successful payment nor a dashboard status guarantees that an unreachable router has already applied access changes.
Acceptable use and third-party services
Follow the Acceptable Use Policy and applicable laws. Obtain permission before controlling a router or using customer information. Third-party services, including payment providers, messaging gateways and optional AI providers, have separate requirements. Verify their suitability for your location and information before enabling them. Review generated advice before acting; AI output may be incomplete or incorrect.
Ownership and confidentiality
Huragon and its licensors retain rights in the platform software, branding and documentation. Your access permits ordinary use of the subscribed service; it does not transfer ownership of the platform. Do not misuse intellectual property belonging to others.
Protect non-public information obtained through support or service access and use it only for authorized purposes. This does not prevent disclosures required by law or information already lawfully public. Huragon's handling of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy and any applicable processing agreement.
Availability, changes and enforcement
Maintenance, incidents and third-party failures can interrupt service. We may change features and will provide notices where required by law or an applicable agreement. No service-level credit or specific uptime percentage is promised unless separately agreed.
We may investigate suspected misuse and restrict affected functionality or access proportionately. Where practical and safe, we will explain the issue and allow remediation. Urgent restrictions may be necessary to address security threats, unlawful activity, provider restrictions or legal orders. Contact support if you believe an action was mistaken.
Closing an account and obtaining records
Contact support about closure and the available export/return process before ending your subscription. Module exports do not necessarily constitute a complete account backup. Account closure or suspension does not automatically remove statutory records, investigation records or all backup copies. Retention and deletion are addressed in the Privacy Policy and applicable arrangements. Outstanding lawful payment obligations are not cancelled merely by stopping use.
Liability, disputes and mandatory rights
Each party remains responsible for its own obligations under applicable law. To the extent legally permitted, the service is provided subject to its operational limitations, and Huragon does not guarantee a particular business outcome, uninterrupted access or the accuracy of third-party/AI information. Nothing here excludes a liability or mandatory right that cannot lawfully be excluded. No numerical liability cap or indemnity is created by implication.
Contact [email protected] first with the account, relevant dates and a description of a dispute so we can attempt to resolve it. Any governing-law, court or arbitration provision must be expressly stated in the final approved agreement or another applicable agreement; a tenant's country selection is not itself a choice of governing law.
Document versions and contact
The version you accept is recorded at registration with the incorporated Acceptable Use Policy version and timestamp. Existing tenants are not recorded as accepting merely because documents are published. Later changes will be communicated or accepted as required by applicable law or agreement. Contact Huragon Technologies at [email protected] for service or legal questions.
